What does it mean to you?
It’s just a word! Or is it?? It’s now March, and this is the time where people decide they can’t be bothered to keep up with the jones anymore. All the promises of working out 3 -4 times a week has long been forgotten. The power to eat 3 square meals a day and walk more often is a long distant memory so what are we going to do about it? How do we keep on track!!
