ITs been a while since we have posted on here but we certainly haven’t forgotten our readers. While some of have been motivated for the new year, some of us have no idea what we want to achieve for the rest of the year.
Please don’t feel pressure if you feel like you have no idea what to do! Firstly it’s good to visualise where you would like to see yourself in 1 year, 5 years and so forth. It could be something simple but it’s a start.
I want to be positive, fit and healthy and enjoy myself this year. I also want to learn a new skill or study something. But in the meantime it’s all about being and thinking healthy. Like Malcolm X said ” the mind is a terrible thing to waste” so it’s impor that you feed your brain with the right food, knowledge, thoughts and silence.
