Week 1 – drink herbal bitters every night to cleanse the colon

Week 2– Drink juice OR smoothies and eat one meal per day, i.e. salad, omelette, veg, lean meat, cous cous, brown rice.
Week 3 – Continue to eat but eat clean, no fried food. Eat grilled or baked fish, cous cous, salad
Week 4 – Eat fresh fruits and vegetables with grilled chicken/fish eggs quinona and snack on nuts or rice cakes.
