So this week hasn’t been the greatest, everyday came with a new obstacle. Although I kept my composure it was still a difficult week, I kept telling myself it will get better and it has. Then my mum said something that stood out to me, “don’t focus on the obstacles, focus on the objective” it’s true, in order to keep your peace of mind you can’t focus on those things and people trying to stop you from getting to where you want to be, you have to focus in your goal.

Again, keeping a positive mindset is the healthiest thing you can do for you and it will help you unlock strengths you never thought you even had.
